What do meetings and parties have in common?

Unfortunately it’s not snacks, cocktails, friends, or presents… but we’ll work on that. Actually, it’s a guest list! Like every good party, every meeting has a list of key people invited. But when you’re dealing with large online meetings or attendees from multiple timezones, it’s really hard to get 100% attendance in all your meetings. And if you’re hosting multiple meetings a day, it’s even harder to remember who came to which meeting or who was out and needs a follow up. If meetings really were just like parties, you’d probably end up so much leftover guacamole that you’d wonder why you kept making it in such great quantities.

So while we’re not offering to monitor the guest list at your next shindig, we CAN do so for your meetings! Today we released a new update that allows you to see exactly who attended all your meetings, right on your standard meeting report!

To pull this report, head to and log in to your account. Click the “my meetings” tab, and select “reports”. Then select the date range of the meetings you want to see info on, and export it as an Excel or CSV file.

You can also find this same data under “reports” in the admin console:

If you’re a Master Account Holder, you’ll want to select “only me” to see data about just the meetings you’ve hosted. But you can also select “all users” to see meeting info for all the users that fall under your account.

In addition to a meeting attendee list, this meeting report will include:

  • Presenter information (name, e-mail)
  • Meeting code used (a personal URL or one-time code)
  • Start time. duration, and number of participants
  • Features used (Remote control, window share, pass presenter etc.)

This information can really come in handy if you’re the Master Account Holder, as you can look into usage across your organization. But if you’re a user, you can look back at these meetings and get a feel for who was there or who wasn’t to help you brief missing team members or appropriately follow-up with customers!
