8 Myths of Teamwork, And How To Tackle Them!
The tools you use to get your job done seem to change almost as frequently as the trendiest workplace “best practices”. But one thing we can guarantee is your job will always include some form of collaboration! So how do you perfect working together with people inside and outside of your company? How can you best manage your team and keep them happy?
To answer these questions for you, we teamed up (pun intended) with two of our integration partners and fellow gurus in productivity, Trello and HipChat. If you don’t know them by name, Trello is an awesome tool to work more collaboratively with your team on projects and day-to-day tasks, and HipChat is a slick and simple group chat app built for teams and businesses. We ran a survey of 1,000 knowledge workers in the US about their own experiences – how they work in teams, their preferred work styles, and more – to pinpoint what people really want from their teammates, and from their team leaders.
